Possible Solution for SportTracks Integration

One of the things I have been trying to figure out is a good way to post training data from my Garmin Forerunner or SportTracks to a blog.  While it is possible to copy/paste individual data points and maps from SportTracks, there is no automated method for this.  I had previously used the HTML/FTP Export Plugin for SportTracks, however, the download link for it is no longer working.  This led me to try a different plugin that links to RunSaturday.Com.  Having never used RunSaturday, I thought I would give it a try.

After creating an account and installing the plugin, I found that this might be a much easier way to get my data online.  The one downside is that the data is not hosted on my own server, but rather on Run Saturday’s server and then linked to using an iframe.  While it works, it doesn’t give me full control over the output, so I am limited as to what Run Saturday offers.

Here is an example of some of the output from one of my recent runs.

Are you actually using this feature? I repeated your steps and tried the RunSaturday link, but it’s not what I expected. Then again your post dates back to 2009, there might be new stuff that I’m not aware of.
What I do now is embed the workout from Garmin Connect on my blog and upload some screen shots from Sport Tracks.
