A little more running, a little less biking this week. My legs are feeling pretty dull from all the workouts so I might cut back and do only 10 workouts this week, but we’ll see. It should be a fairly slow work week (except for Wednesday), so I may get bored enough to brave the cold for more miles. Also, this is my last week of casual training – next week starts an 18-week training program to get me ready for the Sunburst Marathon in June.
